A deck that holds attention to the last slide

Structure, storyline, slide design and an editable template — from 30,000 ₽

Most decks fail on structure, not on graphics: fifteen slides about the company and one weak slide about the offer. We start with the storyline — what the reader should think after each slide — and only then design. You get a PDF for sending and an editable template your team can extend.

How we work

Five stages. The structure is approved before any slide is designed, which is where most decks are saved.

1Brief

Who reads the deck, in what situation, and what they should do afterwards: reply, meet, invest, buy.

1 day
2Structure

A slide-by-slide plan with one message per slide. We cut what does not move the reader forward.

2–3 days
3Design concept

Three or four key slides in final quality: cover, content, numbers. You approve the look before the rest.

2–3 days
4Full deck

All remaining slides, infographics and images, then two rounds of revisions and a fact check.

3–5 days
5Files

PDF plus an editable PowerPoint or Google Slides file with master slides, fonts and a short instruction.

1 day

Why decks stop working

The six problems we fix most often.

It starts with the company

Readers care about their problem first. We open with their situation and put the company history later.

Walls of text

If a slide needs two minutes of reading, nobody listens to the speaker. One message per slide, the rest goes into speaker notes.

Numbers without meaning

Raw tables do not persuade. Charts with a clear takeaway in the headline do.

Random visuals

Stock photos and mixed icon styles read as carelessness. One visual language across all slides.

No next step

A deck without a clear ask ends in silence. The final slides state exactly what happens next and how to reply.

Falls apart when edited

Without master slides the first internal edit destroys the layout. Templates keep the design stable.

Questions before we start

The things clients ask most often.

How much does a presentation cost?

A short deck of up to 12 slides starts at 30,000 ₽. A sales or investor deck of up to 25 slides is 45,000–60,000 ₽. A deck plus a reusable corporate template starts at 60,000 ₽. Extra slides beyond the agreed volume are priced per slide.

How long does it take?

1–2 weeks: two or three days for structure and storyline, three to five days for design, then revisions and files. A short deck can be done in five days, and urgent work is possible with a 30% surcharge.

Do you write the text or do we?

You provide the facts, numbers and offer. We build the structure, cut what does not sell, tighten headlines and rewrite slide copy so each slide has one clear message. Copywriting from scratch is quoted separately.

Which files do we receive?

A print and screen ready PDF, plus an editable PowerPoint or Google Slides file with master slides, fonts and instructions, so your team can add slides without breaking the design.

Can you use our existing brand style?

Yes. With a brandbook or identity we work strictly inside it. Without one we build a light slide style from your logo and colours, which can later grow into a full identity.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds after the design is presented, plus unlimited corrections of factual errors such as numbers, names and typos. Structural changes after the storyline is approved count as extra work.

Tell us about the deck

Who will read it, roughly how many slides and when you need it — we reply with a structure plan, a timeline and a firm quote.
