How kri·studio processes and protects your personal data.Last updated: 26 August 2026 — valid for kri-studio.art and its mirror kri-studio.ru.

In short: we only collect data that you submit yourself through our form or in a messenger, we use it only to reply to your enquiry and deliver your project, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

1. What data we collect

  1. data you give us yourself: name, email, phone number, messenger handle, company name, the project description and any files, links or references you attach;
  2. data collected automatically by Yandex Metrica (counter 110943761): IP address, browser and device type, language, referring page, pages viewed and time on site — via cookies and similar technologies;
  3. technical preferences: the selected colour theme is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we do not collect data from children. Please do not send us passwords, payment card details or documents that are not needed for the project.

2. Why we process it

  1. to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and agree on the scope of work;
  2. to perform the contract: deliver design work, send files, issue receipts and closing documents;
  3. to keep basic accounting and tax records as required by Russian law;
  4. to measure aggregated website statistics and improve the site.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing newsletters.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us), on the performance of a contract with you, and on our legal obligations as a taxpayer. You may withdraw consent at any time — see section 7.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers that make the site and our work possible: GitHub Pages — website hosting; Cloudflare Workers — processing and forwarding form submissions to our mailbox; Yandex Metrica — website analytics; Email, Telegram and WhatsApp providers — the channels we use to talk with you. These providers act on our behalf and may store data on servers outside your country. Data may be disclosed to state authorities only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into projects are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Project correspondence and files are kept for up to 3 years after delivery, so we can support the work and confirm rights to the design. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Analytics data is retained by Yandex Metrica according to its own policy in aggregated form.

6. How we protect it

The site works over HTTPS. Access to mailboxes and messengers is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and only the studio owner has access to enquiries. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential documents through public channels.

7. Your rights

  1. ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  2. ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  3. ask us to delete your data or withdraw your consent;
  4. object to analytics tracking — you can block cookies in your browser or use the Yandex Metrica opt-out.

Write to design@kri-studio.art from the address you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days. If your data was deleted, we will confirm it in writing.

8. Cookies and local storage

The site uses only two kinds of storage: analytics cookies set by Yandex Metrica, and local storage for your colour theme. Blocking cookies does not break the site — all pages, the estimate calculator and the contact form keep working.

9. Copyright of project materials

Materials you send us (logos, texts, photos, brand assets) remain your property and are used only for your project. We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to — such a request is always respected.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at kri-studio.art/en/privacy/ with the date of the last update at the top. Significant changes will be mentioned to active clients by email. Questions about this policy or about your data: design@kri-studio.art, phone +7 905 516-65-57, Telegram @kri_studio. The Russian version of this policy is available at kri-studio.art/privacy/ and prevails in case of discrepancy.
