Brand identity

One brand, recognisable everywhere

Logo system, colours, typography, graphics and collateral — from 90,000 ₽

An identity is what makes a package, a storefront, an Instagram post and an invoice look like the same company. We build the system and, just as importantly, the templates your team can use without calling a designer for every social post.

When you need an identity, not just a logo

Six signals that the brand needs a system.

Every post looks different

Without templates each person designs their own way, and the brand stops being recognisable within a month.

Growing the team

New employees and contractors need rules, not taste. A guideline saves hours of explaining and re-doing.

Going on shelf or marketplace

Packaging and product cards compete visually. A system gives you a consistent look across every listing.

Raising your prices

Premium pricing needs premium presentation. Inconsistent visuals quietly push customers to negotiate down.

Several products under one name

Sub-brands need a shared skeleton with room for variation, otherwise the range looks like unrelated companies.

Print keeps coming out wrong

Correct colour codes, licensed fonts and print-ready files stop the endless back and forth with suppliers.

Questions before we start

The things clients ask most often.

How much does brand identity cost?

A basic kit starts at 45,000 ₽, a full identity at 90,000 ₽ and typically lands between 90,000 and 140,000 ₽. A turnkey brand with a full brandbook starts at 220,000 ₽. The quote depends on the number of collateral items and the depth of the graphic system.

What is the difference between a logo, an identity and a brandbook?

A logo is one mark. An identity is the system around it: colours, typography, graphics and everyday collateral. A brandbook is the document that records all of it with rules, examples and files, so other designers and printers can follow the system without you.

How long does it take?

3–4 weeks for a full identity: one week for research and direction, one to two weeks to build the system, then collateral and the guideline. A basic kit takes 2–3 weeks.

We already have a logo. Can you build the identity around it?

Yes, and it usually costs about 10% less. We audit the logo first, rebuild the vector file if needed and tell you honestly whether it can carry a system or should be refined.

What files and templates do we receive?

Vector and raster logo files, colour codes in RGB, HEX, CMYK and Pantone, licensed fonts or free alternatives, editable templates for social media, presentations and documents, print-ready collateral files and a guideline in PDF.

Can our team use the identity without a designer?

That is exactly what the templates are for. Everyday items come as editable files with rules, so your team only swaps text and photos. For bigger campaigns we stay available for support.
