A logo people actually remember

Two or three real directions, final vector mark and all the files — from 25,000 ₽

A logo is not a picture, it is a working tool: it has to read at 16 pixels on a phone and at two metres on a shop sign, survive embroidery and engraving, and still look like your business. We design marks that hold up in all those places and hand over files your printer and your developer can use without asking questions.

How we work

Five stages. You approve each one before we move on, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

1 Brief

A short call or questionnaire: what you sell, to whom, what you want to be associated with and what you definitely do not want.

1–2 days
2 Research and sketches

We look at competitors and at how the logo will actually be used — sign, package, avatar, stamp — then sketch directions.

2–3 days
3 Concepts

Two or three genuinely different ideas, each shown in context, with an explanation of why it fits your business.

2–3 days
4 Refinement

We polish the chosen mark: proportions, spacing, small-size legibility, single-colour behaviour. Two rounds of edits.

2–3 days
5 Files and handover

Folders for print, web and social media, colour codes, usage guide and the contract that transfers the rights to you.

Mistakes we design around

The six problems that make small-business logos fail in real life.

Too much detail

Thin lines and tiny elements disappear on a phone icon and on embroidery. We check every mark at 16 pixels before approving it.

Only one version

A wide horizontal logo does not fit an avatar. You get a compact version and a badge, so nothing gets squashed later.

Free font, no licence

We use fonts you are allowed to use commercially, and outline the wordmark so the file works on any computer.

Colour that only works on screen

Bright RGB often turns muddy in print. Colours are specified in CMYK and Pantone as well, and tested on white and dark.

Looks like the competitor

We review the local market first, so the mark stands apart instead of blending into the same three visual clichés.

No rules for use

Without a guide the logo gets stretched and recoloured within a month. A short instruction prevents most of that damage.

Questions before we start

Straight answers to what clients ask most.

How much does a logo cost?

A logo alone starts at 25,000 ₽. A logo with a basic identity kit — colours, type, business card and social media templates — starts at 45,000 ₽. A logo inside a full identity project starts at 90,000 ₽.

How long does it take?

7–10 working days: two or three days for research and sketches, then concepts, then refinement of the chosen direction and file preparation. Urgent work is possible with a 30% surcharge.

How many concepts and revisions are included?

You see two or three genuinely different directions, not colour variations of one idea. The chosen direction includes two rounds of revisions; further rounds are billed separately but are rarely needed.

What files do we receive?

Vector in SVG, AI, EPS and PDF, raster in PNG with transparency and JPG, plus black, white and single-colour versions — packed into folders for print, web and social media with a short usage guide.

Do we own the logo?

Yes. Exclusive rights transfer to you under the contract after full payment. We only keep the right to show the work in our portfolio.

Can you check the logo for trademark registration?

We run a basic visual check against similar marks and design the logo so it can be registered, but formal clearance and filing are handled by a trademark attorney. We can recommend one.
