Terms on which kri·studio provides design services.Last updated: 16 September 2026 — the Russian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1.1. This document is a public offer of Kristina A. Trifonova, a self-employed taxpayer (INN 772370935743), operating under the brand kri·studio (the “Contractor”), addressed to any individual or legal entity (the “Client”).
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the payment of an invoice or of the advance payment for the services. From that moment the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms below.
1.3. The Contractor may amend the offer; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Changes do not affect projects already paid for.
1.4. The parties agree the project in correspondence, and such correspondence has the force of a simple electronic signature (Russian Federal Law No. 63-FZ, art. 6 §2). For the Contractor these channels are Telegram t.me/kri_studio, phone +7 (905) 516-65-57 and email design@kri-studio.art; for the Client — the phone number, messenger account or email address used to contact the Contractor or to agree the terms. Messages and files sent from these accounts count as official documents of the parties: this is how approvals, revisions and acceptance of the work are recorded. Nothing needs to be printed or signed by hand.
2.1. The Contractor provides design services: logo and identity design, brand books, website and interface design, presentations, packaging, marketplace product cards and related graphic work.
2.2. The exact scope, deliverables, deadlines and price of each project are agreed in correspondence and fixed in the invoice or in the estimate approved by the Client.
2.3. Services are provided remotely. Source files and final assets are delivered through cloud storage or a messenger.
3.1. A standard project runs in stages: brief and research (about 20% of the work), concept (about 40%), development and revisions (about 30%), files hand-off (about 10%). The stages may be adjusted for a specific project.
3.2. The Client provides the brief, brand materials and any content needed for the work, and answers questions within a reasonable time. If the Client does not respond for 14 days, the deadline shifts by the same number of days.
3.3. Revisions within the agreed concept are included in the price. The number of revision rounds is stated in the estimate; extra rounds or a change of the approved direction are charged separately.
3.4. Deadlines are counted in working days from the date of payment and receipt of all materials from the Client.
3.5. The work is deemed accepted if the Client confirms acceptance in correspondence, or if the Client does not send comments within 5 working days after the deliverables are handed over.
4.1. Prices are listed at kri-studio.art/en/services/ and are confirmed for each project in an individual estimate.
4.2. The standard arrangement is 50% in advance and 50% before the final files are handed over. Larger projects may be split into more instalments.
4.3. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Contractor’s account or by card. The Contractor is a self-employed taxpayer and issues an official receipt through the “My Tax” service for every payment.
4.4. The Contractor does not charge VAT (Russian Federal Law No. 422-FZ).
4.5. Bank fees for the transfer are paid by the Client.
5.1. The result of the work is a set of design files in the formats agreed for the project.
5.2. Exclusive rights to the approved design pass to the Client in full after the final payment is received.
5.3. Until full payment is made, the Client may not use the design commercially, register it as a trademark, transfer it to third parties or publish it.
5.4. The Contractor retains the right to show the completed work in the portfolio, on the website and on social media, unless the Client asks in writing not to — such a request is always respected.
5.5. The Client guarantees that the materials provided (texts, images, trademarks) do not infringe third-party rights and bears responsibility for their use.
6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement by notifying the other in the agreed correspondence channels.
6.2. On termination, the Client pays for the work actually completed by the date of termination; the remaining part of the advance payment is refunded within 10 working days.
6.3. The advance payment for a stage that has already been delivered and presented to the Client is non-refundable.
7.1. The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Contractor is not liable for lost profit or for the commercial results the Client achieves with the design.
7.3. Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure, including failures of communication services and hosting providers.
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. By accepting this offer the Client consents to the processing of the data needed to perform the agreement.
9.1. The parties will try to settle any dispute through negotiation; the pre-court claim procedure is mandatory, with 15 working days to reply to a claim.
9.2. Unresolved disputes are considered by a court at the place of the Contractor’s residence, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
10.1. This offer is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
10.2. Everything not covered here is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
